Job Purpose
A Training Coordinator is responsible for management and coordination of training Programs for all functions department. Reports directly to the training supervisor. Works with Sales Team, Managers, HR and organize or coordinate quality training programs for both sales and supporting function of national wide.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the planning and execution of all program deliverables;
· Assist the creation, design, development and production of training documents for all program;
· Assist the roll-out, implementation and marketing of all training programs;
· Maintain curriculum repository of all program;
· Coordinate departmental meeting and record meeting notes.
· Evaluate efficiency & effectiveness of program processes and make recommendation for improvement & solutions to supervisor;
