工作职责
l 协助全面推进校园招聘计划；
l 管理全国校招项目供应商；
l 日常招聘工作，如招聘宣传，简历筛选，面试安排，面试跟进，培养跟进等；
l 与业务部门的沟通协调及跟进；
l 校园活动的开展及关系维护；
l 部门内部流程及事务管理。
Responsibilities:
l Assist to proceed campus recruiting plan of Bestseller;
l Manage campus vendor for the project
l Be responsible for daily recruiting management such as resume management, interview arrangement and database management etc.;
l Coordinate with line departments and follow up campus related issues;
l Launch campus activities and maintain the relationship with target universities;
l Department procedures’ update and affairs’ management.
职位要求：
l 3年及以上校园招聘相关工作经验
l 大学本科及以上学历；
l 具备良好的沟通表达能力;
l 快速学习和适应能力；
l 优秀的英语口语与书写运用能力。
Qualifications:
l More than 3 years’ campus related experiences;
l Bachelor or above;
l Good communication skill;
l Fast learning and adaptable;
l Good English skill in both written and verbal.
