From idea generation to smooth running of the event, event producers are project leaders, responsible for almost all aspect of conference management on a project basis.
Job Responsibilities:

1.Production and generation of seminar ,forum and conference.
2.Marketing research and topic generation to ensure that the event meets the needs of the identified market
3.Get a clear picture of the leading company and key person of specific industry
4.Collect competitors’ information and events regularly
5.Program development
6.On-site co-ordination
7.Budgetary control
8.Working closely with senior management on sales, marketing and financial decisions
Requirements:
1.University Graduate or above; ideally in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, etc.; Conference production OR HR experience is not a must but will be a great advantage;
2.At least one year event producer experience
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
4.Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense;
5.Familiar with and proven success in the Financial / Consulting field preferred;
6.Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
7.Responsible, organizational and efficient.
