The Loudspeaker Lead Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeakers from concept through to production for some of the worlds’ leading high end brands.

Design and specification of high quality finishing wood, plastic and metal enclosure

Problem solving and product trouble shooting

Good inter-disciplinary team work approach

Project related task management of supporting PJM project management

The loudspeaker managing engineer will exhibit good working knowledge of precision and high quality wood, plastic and metal cabinet design. They will also have significant working experience with design review and problem solving for new development loudspeaker products until 1st MP production.

8 years or more of mechanical loudspeaker development/consumer electronics experience

Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or extensive high level experience

Skills in SolidWorks 2011 / 2012 and 2D draft setting part tolerance skills

Electrical wiring management skills

Cost effective product packing skills

Cost effective part design skills

Skill in product quotation BOM  

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English and Mandarin

Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment

Good communicate with supplier for solving problem

Able outstation stays at supplier site during urgent situation for solving problem
