Job Purpose
工作目标
The Retail Sales Consultant is the front-line for the company, representing the company’s values and brand promise daily. This position helps customers find what they are looking for and encourages them to purchase products. Retail sales consultants must be able to manage the financial side of sales, ordering and stocking supplies, ensuring that the company’s assets are protected.
作为公司的前线职位，零售销售顾问承载了公司的价值观与品牌前景，了解顾客所需并向其推荐公司产品，并能胜任销售的财务管理、处理订单、接洽供应商等方面的业务，并确保公司的产业不受侵犯。
Job Responsibilities
工作职责
• Greet customers and ascertain customer’s needs and wants.
接待顾客，明确顾客需求。
• Describe and demonstrate product features, benefits, and operational procedures. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
向顾客介绍产品特点、功效与使用方法，耐心回答有关店面销售与产品信息的问题。
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
了解目前的销售、推广详情，熟知有关支付与交易以及安全方面的政策规定。
• Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
能熟练操作收银机、点算现金，将付款单据、优惠券、代金券等分类，结算现金抽屉。
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. Maintain records related to sales.
计算售价与交易数目，收款并处理现金或刷卡交易，更新、维护销售记录。
• Distribute business leads to corporate sales department through sales manager
通过销售经理向公司销售部报告最新商机。
• Maintain appearance of retail location – keeping all areas clean, dust-free, and looking “new” – maintain the brand image.
负责维护零售店面，保持店面清洁卫生，维护公司品牌的崭新形象。
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
向顾客解答有关售后保修、制造规范、机器维修保养、交付等问题。
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
保证店面安全，能防止与处理零售点的安全风险与盗窃事件。
• Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
盘点存货，处理提货业务。
