This position helps customers find what they are looking for and encourages them to purchase products. Retail sales consultants must be able to manage the financial side of sales, ordering and stocking supplies, ensuring that the company’s assets are protected.

•      Describe and demonstrate product features, benefits, and operational procedures. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.

•      Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

了解目前的销售、推广详情，熟知有关支付与交易以及安全方面的政策规定。

•      Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.

能熟练操作收银机、点算现金，将付款单据、优惠券、代金券等分类，结算现金抽屉。

•      Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. Maintain records related to sales.

•      Distribute business leads to corporate sales department through sales manager

•      Maintain appearance of retail location – keeping all areas clean, dust-free, and looking “new” – maintain the brand image.

•      Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
