Reporting To: _Finance Manager_ (Department/Position)
Job Purpose
The Assistant Accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely accounting entry and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. Successful performance of the work requires good knowledge of governmental accounting practices and procedures and fiscal management.
Responsibilities
·Entry accurate and timely accounting entry.
·Ensure all original and relevantly document properly documented.
·Assist bank transaction, issue and indentify fapiao work.
·Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
·Monitor expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the company’s financial accounting system.
·Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
·Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met.
·Assist financial management reports.
·Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
·Support taxation issues.
·Develop and maintain financial data bases.
·Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; Reconcile monthly accounts receivable.
·Assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial processes, activities, and reports.
Requirements
• Over 3-year experiences in accounting areas.
• Bachelor degree or above, subject in accounting is preferable.
• Proficient in English communication both in written and spoken.
• Team-work spirit.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
