Position Summary
To plan, design, evaluate, administer and/or coordinate effective compensation and employee benefit programs. To establish pay plans, plans for pay-for-performance and financial incentives as well as schemes for employee benefits and services.

Main responsibilities
•   To advise and support management and HR professionals on a broad range of compensation & benefit related topics
•   To establish reward plans and policies in consultation with HR and business management based on the needs of the business
•    To co-ordinate activities related to the management and implementation of reward plans (e.g. salary review process) and to propose and implement actions to improve efficiency of plan administration and processes as well as client service, including the management of suppliers.
•   To conduct salary and employee benefit surveys and to recommend company specific actions based on the results of the benchmarking
•   To analyze and report of total compensation according to internal reporting and external requirements and recommend changes to improve effectiveness of plans and processes.
