Key Responsibilities/主要职责
Following staffing KPI, to staff L6 & below positions to make sure fill the right people into right position at the right time
Support HR manager on HR core process (PMP, PPP, OHS…) and ensure smooth implementation to enhance the talent / organization development
Provide administration support/conduct training to ensure XMU annual training delivered as planed
Provide daily HR administration support in alignment with HR policies and procedures
Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准
University degree at minimum
5years+ relevant HR experience, MNC is prefered
Good knowledge of core HR process and exposure to HR Best Practice Tools
Fluent written and oral English
Proficiency in computer skills like Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong execution ability
Strong collaboration, communication & organization skills
5年以年的工作经验，英文写作能力OK，招聘销售人员的经验丰富，FMCG行业与零售行业优先
工资：8-12K
