1.     Provides processing, analysis and interpretation of customers' financial data to ensure the proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of appropriate credit limits.

2.     Responsible for the implementation of credit programs within a geography for given responsibility.

3.     Reviews 3rd party reports and provide credit recommendation to Business Center for Know-Your-Customer review.

4.     Acts as the focal point for credit activities between the businesses in assigned geography. 

Ensures the implementation of geographic direction as it relates to the risk portfolio.

5.     Promotes business while maintaining appropriate risk. Provide alternative or recommendation to Sales for payment term selection in line with payment term approval matrix.

6.     Responsible for monitoring and timely communication of credit concerns on accounts as they arise to Credit Management and Businesses.

7.     Act as a focal point for escalations on customer issues.

8.     Involves in supporting the collection of problem accounts where needed.

Works with outsourcing agency or legal firm on bad debt recovery.

1. Colleague/ University Degree with accounting/finance/Business/administrative background.

2. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Credit Management or Collection in multinational companies;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver results and to resolve problem. 

Sound Business acumen coupled with strong analytical skills.

3. Excellent Communication skills in voice or written media, both in Chinese & English.

4. Excellent knowledge of PC tools and Microsoft knowledge, experience in Oracle and SAP an added advantage

5. Experience in im/export agency, audit firm is a plus.
