Major tasks and responsibilities：
1、Verify all incoming reimbursement requests and ensure that be aligned with the company policy.
2、Verify appropriate approval of claims in terms of DOA(Delegation of Authorization).
3、Check and post accounting entries in AP subledger.
4、Investigate and resolve related issues, and go escalation to manager for urgent and critical issues.
5、Conduct effective communication with employees internally.
6、Support internal & external audit and perform SOX controls in his/her own area of expertise and responsibility.
7、Speak English fluently and can write business email in English.
8、Use Concur and SAP system proficiently that is a plus.
9、Accept ad-hoc work arranged by manager.
