*Hiring agency management and searching. 2 qgWSjL 
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities. *e:pHv 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.uB)J~#asb 
*P-File and labor contract management.o Qi%7 
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.^!w:\am 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.&LZ)Ly0vP 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:"nA1F]Q2 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.=" T{SPbH 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.z ywLW@ 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.}3f~&buD 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.jEEw+~ 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills.

Preferred Qualifications:o, 9OP.L 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
