*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.l&5Je^}[ 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.{u>srIc

*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.^,q4: 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.\93R*R<> 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:Y NA1T9y7 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.i_O>9S 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.~0oC [ `e 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.nmrN?QO* 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.`sPD0x3` 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. l%ySh1~= 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. S>V_ST!p 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:kUe|~B`d 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
