*Company JODS management and associates hiring to meet the business expansion and daily operations.'d.W$qpen' 
*Hiring strategies making and candidates pool building.+w<kkjX 
*Hiring agency management and searching. hkR^Jf-F" 
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.=Py ~" 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.lv4GIT)T 
*P-File and labor contract management.&V[Fb
 
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time..PZGei#RV 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.|M}\ Q{t$ 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:vS9tTrnh-] 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus./:W~D
 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.+Lkt[Ty/| 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.tcg(;*GT  
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.K*[V 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. k[0bg*0@ 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. dJv).M%_S 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:P! Pl/qb 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
