·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;V^:gy 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;li{XL5L  
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;Gv#C\  
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;HOjIT+] 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. #BO,$ (5/

Key Requirements:v LU%mk 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;P{ p.N8! 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;= WD #: 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. x[d/ |m? 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;n}~[(c1|
