·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;FR)||V " 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;)co)M~z 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;WvN/sOV)C 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;tsR2*{Ze~X 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. l<q~be L

·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;sec|4[n_?,
