·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;M)oKWL-] 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;6uC+cQ8{2 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;D3\Bs3HP 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;]s7(}M_A 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. H33o`bA

Key Requirements:4gv pFe 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;4R\)JV,I$ 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;BiTF

·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. Y^
