3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card ]Z09X1c 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. h)nAF 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. ?^P?jx'( 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management ^BJJ|]_! 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc Yy4$xy5jIJ 
8. Office Content Insurance `"|e:KZc

Qualifications: NOTtf|` 
1.  Female DL1lcZ&FD 
2.  Bachelor degree or above 0b}.* 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit !1-be /D9$ 
4.  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office ag~dgej: 
5.  Good at English both in written and spoken Bs !kL
