3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card E~6~ 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. WFO|-^}A 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. J%Y;sW`KzE 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management qPW[g qBd 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc eCdF 
8. Office Content Insurance IRtU;s)#b

Qualifications: )clrdP+ 
1.  Female K*)`o@G 
2.  Bachelor degree or above tQ53T/ 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit .qY;U)`y 
4.  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office ]GW-C1 
5.  Good at English both in written and spoken uLxK5#~"2
