职责描述：

1. 执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；

2. 负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案，入离职、转正等手续办理；

3. 负责HR系统管理和维护；

4. 协助完成招聘工作；

5. 负责公司商业保险、外籍就业证、居住证等；

6. 其他HR相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 人力资源、行政管理专业优先；如有广告行业工作经历者优先；

2. 3年人力资源相关工作经验，有operation和系统操作经验为佳；

3. 熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程及劳动人事法规政策；

4. 具有良好的亲和力、责任心和沟通表达能力；

5. 良好的英文表达能力。
