工作职责：
- Responsible for Recruiting especially for Manufacturing/Engineering department.
- Talent pool build-up and management.
- Recruiting project support (Campus Recruitment) .
- Communicate with HRBP and with Managers to close the vacancies.
任职资格：
- Bachelor Degree, Humanistic, Psychology, Economics or Engineering background will be preferred.
- 3~5 years working experience in Headhunting, solid knowledge on Recruiting for Manufacturing/Engineering companies.
- Good written and oral English.
- Well communicate, proactive, willing to take some challenge.
