Duties/Responsibilities
Here to list out the key responsibilities for this position:
1. Manage HR system - e.g. payroll, holiday booking, etc.
2. Responsible for payroll processing and all C&B related analysis
3. Work on continuous process improvement per business needs
4. Employee Relations (Rewards and Recognition, Events, Communication, etc.)
5. Compliance mindset and ensure no process deviation
