岗位职责：
1、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
2、根据公司战略和业务发展情况，协调、汇总各部门编制需求，牵头、落实人员招聘计划；
3、开发、维护、评估、分析、整合各招聘渠道；
4、组织公司各部门招聘工作，并及时分析、跟进招聘效果；
5、合理规划、控制招聘费用；
6、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
任职要求：
1、第一学历大学本科以上；
2、3年以上独立招聘工作经验；
3、1年以上互联网相关岗位（包括但不限于研发、产品、运营等）大规模集中招聘经验；
4、熟悉互联网行业人才情况，对中、高端岗位有talent pool积累；
5、善于思考，对工作充满热情；
6、优秀的团队协作能力和良好的沟通技巧。
