Primary Responsibilities
* Identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies typically in IT, Software, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Automotive industries
* Create and implement sales strategies and written proposals
* Work closely with operations to coordinate project execution
* Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
* Drive RFP/RFI processes through cold calling, networking etc.
* Responsible for prospecting and building new accounts

Skills Required
* Strong English and Chinese language skills, must understand Chinese and Western cultures.
* At least five years of prior experience in successful business development.
* Experience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companies.
* Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing and multilingual publishing.
* Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious and flexible.
* Language skills a plus.
* Strong English and Chinese language skills, must understand Chinese and Western cultures.
* At least five years of prior experience in successful business development.
* Experience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companies.
* Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing and multilingual publishing.

basic salary10-12k + commision
