• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)9p,iC 
• Labor contract management for employeesF\Z --s 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor Ct|FVPyX 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveLIQY"  
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  .pGXh| 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;<229LwTth 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;+|X>hlE9>H 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishvSf*O}&I{ 
• CET-6}1]*&e}! 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) dkypN(P( 
• Bachelor degree/7%d *NL  
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  2R@5N*]D 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredC=uf-yE]d
