• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)s?0Y ewA 
• Labor contract management for employees2q*;T: 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor j*!EIa 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveXlY2}:a<b 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Well organized and be attentive to details; j'e/\! 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;H:rYI+ 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishkZ5uwRwf 
• CET-6UjpA/  
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Bachelor degreeZ i8Y< VM 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  84^^Vn=
