Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Responsible for recruitment of new stores opening through providing in-time recruitment solution (work together with recruitment specialist)
Review and analyze retail business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve staff performance, retention, development and motivation
Work closely with retail managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within retail
Provide management coaching to build people managers’ leadership capabilities
Work with retail managers to define key performance measurements and key success factors
Work closely with retail team to follow up on store staff training
Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements
Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events etc.
Responsible for store staff administrative management including employment contract, new staff onboard & exit
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
