工作内容:
1.参与制定并实施公司绩效评估相关政策,负责组织绩效相关政策的培训,组织实施公司季度、年度员工绩效评估
Participate in the formulation and implementation of policies related to the company performance evaluations; take charge of training programs on performance-related policies; organize and implement the company quarterly and annual performance evaluations of employees
2.负责人才本地化项目实施,落实外专对本地人才培养计划,参与公司核心后备人才队伍建设
Take charge of the implementation of talents localization programs; put into practice the expats-to-local-talents training planning; take part in the team building of key talent
3.参与并实施各类员工职业发展促进项目,负责新入职大学生见习期管理,落实导师制协议的签订及生产见习和专业见习
Partake and carry out the career development and promotion programs for employees; responsible for managing production practice of newly-enrolled university students; follow through the signing of mentorship agreement, follow up production practice and professional practice
4.参与对员工岗薪变动申请进行任职资格审核
Participate in the review of vocational qualifications of employees applying for change in positions and salaries
