职位描述 :
1.在部门负责人的指导下进行HR流程的建立和体系的梳理;
Set up and improve HR system and process under the instruction of Department Leader
2.负责员工培训规划和组织工作;
In charge of employee training system and implementation
3.协助部门负责人策划和建立公司的绩效管理体系;
Assist Department Leader to set up and implement Performance Management system
4.负责部门与ISO9001有关的数据统计工作;
Responsible for data collection and analysis for ISO9001 system
5. 协助部门负责人组织干部任用考核和管理;
Organize manager promotion evaluation system
6. 负责部门总结和重要报告的拟定和准备;
Responsible for detail job for department conclusion and other key report
7. 根据需要参与招聘工作;
May take part in recruiting and selection function;
8.配合完成其他工作。
Other assignment according to situation.
职位要求
1.本科以上学历,人力资源管理等相关专业毕业优先;
Bachelor above, major on HR is a plus
2.具有4年以上HR相关模块的实际操作和实施经验;
3+Years relevant HR function operating experiences
3.对HR体系和流程具有良好的认识和思路;
Good Understanding and thinking about HR system and Process
4.曾经在外企或通信企业担任HR者优先;
