·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;EzQ ~ 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;i'Z{Go  
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;QvN3tSRA 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;i6Yhnm 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. oh.-,rH

Key Requirements:J~<AW!qS 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;!+c'fO+{UT 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;4~p/vg3( 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. _k jId s 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;e}1"z6k 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;;.BY+=@d: 
·         A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;#-!C.:MT 
·         An adaptable and flexible manner coupled with the ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds;EU`BP&X
