·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;.}xcIK/A 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;TtSQE=QtX> 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;(C}o~E w
 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;j0kLR7}/  
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. -9WYO#_

Key Requirements:s&<m.hKc/ 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;/[:AzF]:~C 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;;D}w^wQ9 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. +6j9U|$u 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;18)}nxpR 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;`x ybXSS 
·         A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;?Dlhv|y"b"
