·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;@1>w-|& 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;U)KNaOT 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;H"z@nGl 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities; .VM#xg 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. R(p\x.1g

·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;w_)8%5 u= 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;)2C/O0 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. TME[ C 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;3.*B[m$q 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;M16.8Q] 
·         A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;+3zlGg SH
