Researcher & Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;
· Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;
· Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;
· Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;
· Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report.
Key Requirements:
· An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;
· Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;
· Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation.
· An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;
· A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;
· A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;
· An adaptable and flexible manner coupled with the ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds;
· Professionalism - including integrity and ethics with a commercial acumen;
· Experience in the recruitment industry is ideal but not essential.
