Position Description:
This position is set for the projects which cooperate with Microsoft in Shenzhen, including software and hardware, and theother positions in Chinasoft International.
As we have made great success at the cooperation with Microsoft in Beijing, Shanghai and Seattle, we believe that wecan get success here.
Responsibility:

1、According the headcount and the projectmanager's spotlight on planning, assistant in confirming the recruitmenttarget, consolidate the number of positions and recruiting demand
2、Assistant in writing job discretions for newheadcount
3、Explore and optimize multi-channel recruitmentresources for different levels of positions to ensure the efficiency andeffectiveness of recruitment activity.
4、Search for suitable resumes to the headcounts,classify and screen the resumes, and make phone communications
5、Organize the interview; arrange the interviewloop, and assistant evaluators in making interviews, to make sure that theinterview is running smoothly and effectively.
6、Make background investigations to thecandidates who have been chosen by customer, negotiate about the offers withthese candidates and let them sign the contracts.
7、Summarize the problems which happened duringthe recruiting workflow, Optimize the recruiting system and the workflow, giverational proposals, and finish the recruiting analysis reports.
8、Make communications with other recruitersabout the recruiting workflow and skills, try to improve the recruitingefficiency.
9、Know well in the human resource policy; beable to answer the questions asked by the candidates.
Qualifications:
l
Bachelor'sdegree or above, major in human resource, computer science or relative major is a plus;
l
Haveoptimistic positive attitude; be willing to communicate with different people;
l
Morethan 1 year work experience in recruiting area, and IT industry experience is preferred, especially the outsourcing experience
l
Familiarwith hiring process and recruiting channels.
l
Basicknowledge in local labor law and policy and social insurance
l
GoodEnglish skills in writing and speaking. Able to fluently communicate withnative English speakers is a plus.
l
Self-motivated,initiative, able to work under pressure independently with positive/dynamicthinking.
l
Goodcomputer skills and familiar with the Office software.
