Job Description
- Achieve the revenue target
- Develop and maintain client relationship
- Communicate with clients and understand the assignments, make in-depth job analysis and search direction
- Collect the targeted company's information
- Identify targeted candidates through cold call, internet, and network referral
- Approach and judge candidates, and pursue their resumes
- Interview and screen candidates
- Make professional candidate CV report
- Coordinate the client-candidate interview
- Offer negotiation coordination, reference check for candidates and candidate on-board follow-up
- Payment follow-up
- Service for clients and candidates after the candidate's on-board
- Input and maintain the information of the targeted companies and candidates
- Develop and maintain the relationship with the candidates
- Market knowledge collection, analyze and summarize
Requirements:
- Spirit of hard-working and continuous improvement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, HR or executive search related experience
- Good team work spirit and with strong commitment
- Self-motivated, initiative, effective & effecient working style
- Good oral and written English & Mandarin
- High integrity, honest, and with good potential to learn & grow

初级猎头工作职责:
1.协助项招聘顾问开展候选人联系的工作;
2.负责招聘项目的辅助工作;
3.负责候选人的初步筛选和评估工作;
4.进行初步的行业分析与企业分析
任职要求:
1,统招本科以上学历,专业不限;
3,优秀的沟通和表达能力,持续的学习能力;
4,良好的英文读说写;
5,熟练的office办公软件操作;
6,对猎头行业有浓厚的兴趣并愿意长期发展。
资深猎头工作职责:
1、建立人才搜寻渠道,了解中高级人才的动态信息;
2、开发及拓展客户,了解客户潜在人才需求;
3、与客户沟通,了解客户需求信息,提供招聘方案与计划;
4、进行职位分析,制定详细的寻访方案,选择寻访渠道;
5、搜索、面试、评估、筛选及推荐候选人;
6、向客户做候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务;
7、保持与维护客户和被录用者良好的关系;
8、指导监督下属人员工作。
任职资格
1、人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历;
2、两年以上猎头公司经验或企业专职招聘经验,对人才市场具备一定的敏感度和判断能力;
3、有良好的职业道德和职业操守,较强的责任感,善于分析客户及人才的心理;
4、较强的表达能力、判断能力,良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力、优秀的决策力、解决复杂问题的能力。
