Take charge of positions of specific technology independently {ce|dJV&, 
Requirement analysis and understand the points, make the searching plan raa L#6Nqp 
Find the target company and candidates, mentor researcher working on the sourcing jobs nO5 U?ux} 
CV screen and interview the candidates, give out comments, make the reports and recommendation :^6Ud_Fu 
Coordinate the negotiation about salary and done the offer process !R{rvO` 
Follow candidates’ onboard situation and feedback to clients =j<4S| 
Achieve the annual quota x(<%'q"x 
Help BD develop new client RN('n;>q 
Requriments： wy>3>;#!H 
Bachelor or higher, Major in IT technology or Human Resource is a plus Uj8yOYm 
more than 3 years recruiting experience, IT technology recruiting is a plus JMG:%u6+k 
Familiar with MNC recruiting process and common requirement N'E3IDs  
Good English oral and writing ability, could host English interview independtly 03$wgX(V 
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, executive and learning ability eM5d4).
