The vendor resources will provide 24/7 frontline coverage to support MSIT ASM Custom Portals and its services. This team will troubleshoot MSIT ASM Custom Portals break/fix issues, and take escalations from Global Helpdesk, Deskside Support, MAC team and GTOC.
综合后的技术要求:
1 熟悉微软相关服务器产品 (WINDOWS Server 2008, SQL Server,尤其是IIS, NLB, Cluster等服务方面,有服务器维护部署经验的最好)
