【Job Content】

Cooperate with payroll outsourcing agency and conduct the monthly payroll timely and accurately, including sales incentive, OT & leaves, IIT declaration, variance report, finance report, etc.

Responsible for social insurance and housing fund, declare base annually adjustment.

Maintain and optimize attendance system, employee information as HR system key user.

Responsible for manage kinds of benefits including employee commercial insurance, staff purchase, traditional festival gift, birthday gift, annual health medical check, etc.

Conduct regular report including, headcount and turnover report, personnel cost report, etc.

Data submission for market survey.

Employee life cycle support, including offer, onboard, probation and contract review, transfer, termination, etc.

Issue reference letter.

【Requirement】

Bachelor degree and above, major in Human Recourse is preferred.

Familiar with HR software.

Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and related regulations.

Excellent PC skills especially in Excel.

Be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.

Strong initiative, problem solving and team work.
