Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
-Attract and motivate qualified candidates to join CHEERS
-Source candidates in creative and cost-effective ways (e.g. social networking tools, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising and recruitment agencies);
-Coordinate the needs and secure efficient recruitment processes;
-Screen and select CVs, arrange phone and face-to-face interviews;
-Search for candidates; make cold call to candidates;
-Proactively build candidate pools in key positions and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities;
-Ensure that recruitment systems, processes and policies are applied for all hires. Ensure consistent assessment and provide continuous recruitment status reports;
-Contribute actively to improving the recruitment process routines;
-Be responsible for background checks and secure compliance in the whole recruitment process;
-Organize and take part in recruitment projects such as employer branding activities, campus recruitment, employee referral programmes, etc.
-Develop and manage recruiting channels;
-Make recruiting data analysis and report;
-Other tasks assigned by management.
