MAIN GOALS & OBJECTIVES  

• Assist both the Public Relations and Investor Relations departments to create a seamless flow of communication to reach marketing objectives;
• Assist in the building and maintenance of media relationships by identifying and in some cases contacting media relevant to our business;
• Assist in planning and execution of exhibitions, seminars and conferences;
• Bilingual translation of documents;

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS   

• Company promotional material content creation and maintenance;
• Website updates and maintenance (Bilingual Company website with timely updates);
• Support the development of certain press and media releases;
• Support and coordinate the production and delivery of power point and other relevant materials for internal and external presentations;
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling and related logistics as needed for exhibitions and conferences
• Record and update media relations database;
• Proactive management of all tasks;

WORKING EXPERIENCE

• over 3 years work experience (preferably in petroleum/gas upstream field);
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in both Chinese and English, and strong C-E, E-C translation ability;
• Self-motivated, complete the translation work with high quality in time;
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
•  Flexibility and willingness for traveling;
