1、About 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of sourcing and recruitment experience using different channels ( 51 job, liepin, Dajie, direct sourcing, referral) 

2、Good communication skills and good PPT, excel skills, preferably with HR system operation experience. Able to communicate with sales consultants, sales managers, marketing employees, training employees at different levels. 

3、Preferably with in-house HR experience and has experience dealing with employee communication and labor cases (probation, contract expiry, etc.) 

4、English level: able to read and speak, but don’t have to be fluent.
