Recruiter -hulu-Beijing

Provide full life cycle recruiting in support of our growing technology organization, seeking industry talents and new graduates in software engineering and internet industry. 

Use advanced and creative candidate sourcing approaches to find top talent.  We are looking to go well beyond the career fair, so the emphasis of this role is candidate generation through relationships with passive candidates.

Responsible for developing, executing, and managing our recruitment strategy.  

Manage the candidate experience and own the candidate relationship end-to-end, from introduction to closing

Work closely with our existing engineers and development leaders to recruiting strategies and leverage their knowledge and maximize our exposure to top tier talent.

Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics in our ATS and other reporting tools

Develop and deliver on other ‘out of the box’ marketing/sourcing strategies, like email marketing campaigns, school ambassador programs, coding contests, etc.

2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally focused in the technology sector, campus hiring experience is a plus.

Must possess creative and resourceful recruiting methods, passive candidate generation skills, and a strong social media network

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup with an exceptionally high quality bar.  Terms like “fast-paced” and “high quality” may sound cliché, but they ring especially true here at Hulu.

You’re a relationship person

Must be comfortable cold calling and hunting actively for talent.  A passive “let’s post the job and see what comes in” mentality does not work here.

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with our technology and business team leads who are both our ‘customers’ and our ‘partners’

Experience on University relations, especially campus hiring experience(paper test, campus talk and offer management)

Good knowledge of internet industry recruiting is a plus

Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Excel

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required

Frequently English oral and written communication skills is a plus.
