General: 

Mainly responsible for Accounts receivable related accounting works, for SIT and ST

Specific:

Independently monitor the Sales Ledger process for SIT & ST, ensure timely and accurate booking of customer payments ( bank transfer and BAD ), clear up customer advance payment with receivables on a timely basis

Handle all unallocated payment with BA’s inside sale or Bank by daily

Independently handle internal Ledger with group netting system payment input, off set payment and invoices, and monthly match ICM report on time.

Liaison with credit controllers from both central and business areas, answer queries and provide A/R related information

Responsible for month end closing transactions for S/L part, meet the fast reporting deadlines

Review the work process and establish new procedures to improve working efficiency data integrity, and provide better financial information support to business

Responsible for the account specification and analysis, follow up and clear up the outstanding items in the S/L accounts on a timely basis

Job Requirements:

Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Good verbal and written

English language skill

At least 3 years working experiences in finance or accounting function, working experience in foreign company is preferred,

Familiar with ERP system, SAP is a preferred

Be hardworking, well-organized and team work, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
