Job Purpose

The Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the brand’s communication efforts. Brand communication channels include co-marketing events, trade shows, and press events.

营销和公关协调员负责支持和帮助品牌传播工作。品牌传播渠道包括营销/公关、展会，品牌联合推广以及新闻发布会活动。

工作职责

•     Develop co-marketing opportunities with high-end brands or partners with same high-end clients base

•     开拓、发展并维护与联合营销合作伙伴之间的关系；

o     Creates product of brand presentations for prospective or existing accounts

o     为潜在客户或现有客户进行产品品牌演示；

o     Participates in PR activities related to press relations including updating media lists and conducting mailings.

o     与销售团队、营销团队和服务团队一起管理好服务模拟演示机器；

•     Propose and organize events that will drive sales.

•     建议并组织销售参加能直接促进销售的活动。

o     Assists with the preparation and execution of consumer, trade and press events on a per-project basis: negotiates contracts with vendors, caterers, photographers, etc.

o     以项目为基础，协助准备和完成消费产品推广活动、交易会和新闻发布活动，与供应商、餐饮服务商和摄影师等协商合同

o     Assists with coordination of all trade show details including booth set up, furniture, catering, product shipments, etc.

o     协助处理所有与展会有关的事宜，包括展台搭建、展具配置，餐饮服务、产品运输等等；

o     Works with printing vendors to coordinate production of collateral material including training manuals, invitations, mailers, price list, etc.

o     与印刷公司合作，协调各种宣传材料的印制工作，包括培训手册、邀请函、广告印刷品、报价表等等

o     Coordinates and distributes event books, invitations and other mailings

o     协助派发活动宣传册、邀请函和其它邮件

•     Works with the Marketing team to utilize website and social networking for relevant news feeds from the company and industry

•     与营销团队一起合作，利用网络和社交媒体，获得与公司和行业有关的新闻反馈；

•     Assists in coordination and implementation of training programs

•     帮忙协调和实施培训计划

•     Any other job assigned by Marketing Manager, branch general manager and CEO.
