General Admin/Office Management
· Assist in all the major communication activities with leaders and within office
· Assist to improve company IT environment and manage IT facilities.
· Be responsible for business travel expenses management, analyzing monthly relevant expenses.
·
Be responsible for daily general administration of office according
to company admin management policy, including facilities, stationary,
mail and office environment etc.
· Be responsible for visitors reception and itinerary arrangement and accommodation.
· Office HSE management, including office check and fire inspection, etc.
· Prepare meeting facilities, take minutes and prepare for the meetings.
