§ Basic user of internal HRIS – ensure the new comer data and Impromptu templates maintained with quality and accuracy
Employee Services
§ Monitor P-file documents’ integrity
§ Employee on-boarding and exit process
§ Assessment and interview coordination
§ Issue employee certification
§ Contract management
Other HR Team Coordination and Tasks Assigned by Managers

§ Accurate and timely preparation and submission of all required data and reports.
Flawless HR services to employees.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
§ Bachelor degree
§ Good understanding of general HR knowledge
§ Detail and strong sense of responsibility
§ Good MS office operation skills, especially in Excel
§ Good command of English both in written and spoken
Professional communication sense and skills
