Be Responsible for one logistics department and manage your department with full autonomy. 

- You recruit, induct, train, and manage a team of 10 to 15 person. 

- You define your ambitious long-term project and lead your department to develop. 

- You manage the KPI of your department. 

- You manage daily activities of your department to ensure smooth operations with high efficiency & accuracy to satisfy our customers in Decathlon China stores.

- You assist distribution center manager for the security of the warehouse .

- Sports lover;

- Bachelor or above,overseas experience is a plus; 

- More than 2 years working experience, in warehouse/logistics/supply chain or related will be a plus; 

- Good communication skills, on site management experiences or potential team leader;

- Able to work well under pressure;

- Fluent in English,French will be a plus;

Mobile to 3 distribution centers, Huaqiao(45 minutes by bus to Shanghai) Yanjiao(45 minutes by bus to Beijing) and Dongguan Changping (10 minutes to Changping Train Station).
