岗位职责
·Finding, developing and utilizing efficient and various methods in recruitment for open positions
·Preparing job posting, selecting the employment agency and strongly participating in employee marketing acting also as liaison for campus recruitment
·Recruiting, interviewing, and recommending the best-qualified employee
·Recruitment fair attending and candidate-resume collection
·Interview arrangement and notification
·Participating in development of annual recruiting budget, recruiting strategy & plan.
·Preparing weekly report on recruitment and employment activities
