- Responsible for HR Operation works 

1, Work with related owners to manage the lifecycle of employees, eg. Onboarding, orientation, training, IDP, termination, etc. 

2, Manage and improve the system and process involved in the employee lifecycle 

3, Facilitate HR Ops related trainings for managers, employees and other HR colleagues, eg. Social insurance policy, labor law, company benefits, etc. 

4, Assist HR manager with company benefit design and communication 

- Responsible for Employee Relationship programs 

1, Manage the portal of employee requests and ensure the process efficacy of dealing with these requests 

2, Support internal communication programs, eg. Culture building, Morale events, Internal branding, etc. 

3, Assisting other HR functions when needed

1, Bachelor degree or better 

2, 1-3 years working experience in HR field 

3, HR ops or ER related experience is preferred 

4, MNC experience is preferred

1, Fluent written and oral English 

2, Good communication skills 

3, Customer focus and detail oriented 

4, Self-motivated, independent, willing to take challenges 

5, Being bale to deal with ambiguity, emergency and lack of resources 

6, Driven for high quality
